Head offshore with Captain Scott and enjoy the chance to target a mix of local species, including Sailfish. The variety keeps the day open to different possibilities, with your captain guiding the trip and providing quality equipment aboard the 32-foot Albemarle. What makes this outing especially practical is what happens back at the dock: fish you bring in are cleaned and bagged, so your catch is ready to take home. It’s a rewarding choice for anglers who want the excitement of offshore fishing and a useful takeaway from the day. Whether you’re hoping to encounter a hard-fighting Sailfish or bring home another species from the trip, you’ll have experienced guidance and the essentials for fishing offshore.

You might target Tuna, Snapper, Cobia, Sailfish, or other local species, with the captain sharing techniques suited to your chosen target. That flexibility gives the outing a personal feel, whether you’re hoping to learn something new or put your experience to use. Fishing tackle and licenses for all anglers are included, and you can keep fish that are eligible to take home; some species must be released. Pick Your Target, Try a New Technique

Summer brings the chance to focus on snook with Captain Scott, who plans the start time around the tides and confirms when to meet before your trip. That tide-based timing helps shape the day around changing water conditions, while the goal is to pursue a hard-fighting, potentially sizable fish. You’ll have the chance to learn from the captain as you fish, with bait, gear, and licenses included. Pack snacks and drinks for the time on the water, and come ready for a focused outing built around one seasonal target. Snook fishing depends on conditions, so a catch isn’t guaranteed, but the captain will help you make the most of the opportunity and the approach that suits the day.

4.00hour

Summer Snook, Timed to the Tide

When rough offshore conditions make a different plan appealing, head out at night with Captain Scott to target Snook and Tarpon. Fishing beneath the night sky offers a change of pace from an offshore run, with the focus on two prized local species and the chance to experience their nighttime bite. Captain Scott provides guidance throughout the trip, so both experienced anglers and those new to fishing after dark can take part. Fishing gear and licenses are included, leaving you free to focus on the water and the moment. Conditions and fish activity can vary, so a catch isn’t guaranteed, but this trip offers another way to enjoy time fishing when offshore conditions aren’t right.

Crevalle Jack

Grey Snapper

Tarpon

When Offshore Waters Turn Rough, Take the Night to Target Snook and Tarpon

Explore inshore waters with a crew that helps you make the most of whatever is biting. You may target a mix of species, including Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Pompano, and Black Drum, so the day can bring different kinds of fishing action. All fishing gear and licenses are provided, and the crew will clean and bag eligible fish for you to take home. Some species must be released, helping protect the fishery. Bring snacks and drinks, settle in, and enjoy time on the water without needing to arrange your own equipment. It’s a good fit for anglers who want variety, helpful guidance, and the convenience of having their catch prepared at the end of the trip.
